What factors need to be considered when selecting precision screw materials

Precision screws generally refer to steel that has the ability to resist corrosion by gases, water, acids, alkali salts, or other substances. Depending on the composition of aluminum alloys, they each prioritize stainless steel and acid resistance. Although some steels possess stainless steel properties, they may not necessarily be acid resistant, while acid resistant steels generally possess stainless steel properties.

The key to manufacturing standard parts is austenitic precision screws, which are often referred to as precision screws in our daily lives. The key raw materials used for precision screw standard parts are austenitic 302, 304, 316, and "low nickel" 201.

The key to selecting precision screw materials is to consider the following five aspects.

1. The regulations for precision screw materials in terms of mechanical equipment performance, especially in terms of compressive strength;

2. The provisions of work standards on the corrosion resistance of materials;

3. The regulation of operating temperature on the high-temperature resistance (high-temperature compressive strength, antioxidant performance) of materials;

4. Regulations on material production and processing performance at the production process level;

5. Other factors such as net weight, price, and purchase must be taken into account.
